1. TIger shrimp = 10 (peeled and deveined)
2. Cajun spice = 25gm
3. Oil = 1 tabs
4. Salt to taste
1. In a large shallow dish, Add the oil to the Cajun seasoning, Place the tiger prawns in the dish, and turn it over to coat it with the mixture. Cover, and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
2. Preheat the grill for high heat. or a fry pan for shallow frying
3. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place tiger prawns on hot grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear.
